Things To Do

Krull’s Deer Path Resort is located lakeside with shared docks and onsite boat rentals, in addition to the complimentary fishing boats and paddle boats we offer — so it’s no surprise that fishing, swimming and watersports are some of the primary activities enjoyed by our renters.

Upper Buckatabon Lake covers 493 acres with moderately clear water, and connects to Lower Buckatabon, offers plenty of space to paddle, fish and explore. These waters are full of largemouth and smallmouth bass, walleye, northern pike, musky and panfish.

The Northern Wisconsin, Conover and Vilas County area is a favorite destination for scenic drives and cranberry treats in fall. It is also lovely in winter. Stay at Krull’s Deer Path Resort and enjoy the scenery and the nature trails — open to hikers, bikers, snowmobiles and ATVs.
