Cub’s Den is a lower unit chalet just feet away from the shoreline and your dock. A two-bedroom one bath cozy year- round with wood burning fireplace. Unit also has a fully equipped kitchen. You will find a charcoal grill close to the beach area to enjoy a relaxing summer vacation or winter getaway right on the snowmobile trails.

Things To Do
Coming to the Northwoods to do some fishing? Make sure you ask us where they’re biting. Since you book directly with us (Sue and Jay), we can give you some tips on where to find Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. Use one of our boats or bring your own and dock it in front of your private cabin. There is a public boat landing on Upper Buckatabon Lake.
Beyond our shores there is a world of water nearby: Eagle River is home to the World’s Largest Chain of 28 Connected Lakes and also holds the title of Snowmobile Capital of the World. Year round adventure is calling! The Three Eagle Bike Trail takes riders to Three Lakes where you can tour a winery. Your private Buckatabon Lake cabin is surrounded by awe-inspiring nature and popular towns like Eagle River, Land O’ Lakes, Phelps, St. Germain and Three Lakes.
Some of the most popular family-favorites are the Northwoods Children’s Museum, Pirates Hideaway (take you group on a pirate ship adventure). One of the best companies in the Northwoods for ground, air or water tours is nearby – Northwoods Zip Line, Aerial Trek, Argo ATV and Kayak River Tours. It is a nightly rate with a 2 night minimum.
Policy:
A $300 deposit is required for reserving your weekly rental and $150 for nightly rentals.
5.5% sales tax is not included with the rates above.
All rates are for up to 4 people except for Birch View which is 6.
1.) Cancellation made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will receive full refund.
Additional people will be charged $20 per night to a maximum of $100 per week per person, children under 5 are free.
One 14’ fishing boat at dock space OR a dock space for private boat included with rental. Additional boat and dock space available for $25 per week/$5 per day. Paddle boat, kayaks, and canoe available for use at no additional charge.
Pontoon Boat available for daily rental of $150 or $800 per week.
Additional charge for gas and oil will apply.
Firewood for outdoor and indoor fires available for fee.
What is supplied with your rental: Weber grill, bed linens, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, coffee filters, fully stocked kitchen
What you need to bring: Charcoal, paper towels, bath and beach towels, kitchen towels, etc.
Extra charges will be applied for damages and if extra cleaning is needed.

Cancellation made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will receive full refund. If less than 60 days, cabin must be re-rented for an equal amount of time or more in order to receive a full refund.
