  **In the summer we rent for a full week only- Saturday to Saturday. 

  **Any other time of the year you can rent any nightly combination with a two night minimum.

Above rates do not include sales tax.

All rates are for up to four people except the Birch View which is for up to six people.

Additional people will be charged $20 per night to a maximum of $100 per week per person, children under 2 years of age are free.

One 14' fishing boat at a dock space OR a dock space for one private boat is included with each rental.  Additional boat and dock spaces available at an additional charge.  There is a paddle boat, kayak and canoe available for use at no additional charge.

Extra dock space: $25/week or $5/day

We supply the following with each cabin rental: Bed Linens, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Dish Soap, Trash Bags, Coffee Filters. 

You need to bring your own towels (beach towels, kitchen towels, bath towels, etc).

Pets are welcome at an additional charge of $15 per day or $85 per week per pet.  Pets must be under your control at all times (including no excessive barking) and you must clean up after them. A maximum of 2 pets per cabin.

Portable cribs, high chairs, and roll-a-way beds are available at no charge.

Summer: Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. Saturday.  Check-out is 8:00 a.m. the following Saturday.

Off-Season: Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

A deposit of $300 is required to reserve your weekly vacation rental.  A deposit of $100 is required for nightly rentals.

Cancellation Policy: Refund of Deposit will be made under the following conditions.

1) Cancellation made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund.

2) If less than 60 days, cabin must be re-rented for an equal amount of time or more in order to receive a refund.
